Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Perishable goods (like chocolates, cakes, etc.)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🔄 In case of damaged or wrong items:

Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
