User Data Deletion

IG Store (operated by BK Picture) respects your privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data collected by IG Store, including data received via Facebook Login, Google Login, or when creating an account or placing an order on our website.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email Request (Recommended):
   Send an email to igstore.jpr@gmail.com with the subject line:
   “Data Deletion Request – IG Store”

   Please include:

   • Full Name

   • Account Email Address used on IG Store

   • Phone Number (if provided)

   • Order Number(s), if any

   • If you used Facebook Login: your Facebook profile URL or Facebook User ID

2. In-App/Website Request (Optional):
   If your IG Store account dashboard offers “Delete Account / Erase Data,” you may submit the request there. If not, please use the email method above.

Verification

We will verify your identity using the email/phone associated with your IG Store account or order. Additional info may be requested if needed.

What We Delete

• Account profile info (name, email, phone)

• Saved addresses

• Past browsing data linked to your account

• Third-party login identifiers (Facebook/Google)

What We May Retain

• Transaction/Invoice records (for tax/legal purposes)

• Fraud prevention & dispute resolution data

• Backup copies overwritten in routine cycles

Timeline

• Acknowledge your request: within 7 days

• Complete deletion: within 30 days (or we will notify if it takes longer)

Facebook Login Users

1. Go to your Facebook account settings → Apps and Websites → remove IG Store access.

2. Send us a deletion request at igstore.jpr@gmail.com with your Facebook profile URL or Facebook User ID.
