How to Request Deletion

If your IG Store account dashboard offers “Delete Account / Erase Data,” you may submit the request there. If not, please use the email method above.
Verification
We will verify your identity using the email/phone associated with your IG Store account or order. Additional info may be requested if needed.

What We May Retain

Timeline

Acknowledge your request: within 7 days

Facebook Login Users

Go to your Facebook account settings → Apps and Websites → remove IG Store access.
